Nebraska Storms
May 25th
After the previous two days I was actually needing a day off, Saturday was a fun more relaxing chase. I spent the afternoon chasing in a Caravan with Friends Sean and Katie McMullen, Jeff and Kathryn Piotrowski. We left the Hampton inn at Hays early in the morning and got a head start towards C NE. While we didn't see anything real threatning, the skies provided some awesome scenes.

This is the Northern storm as it moved toward Norfolk, decent updraft but the Southern Storm was begining to rain on it.

This is now the Southern Storm, it looked decent but rather low-topped.
The storm put down a big RFD, we got on the backside where the setting sun made for awesome contrast.
Rainbow and possible funnel.
We let the storm go, and on the way to Norfolk for dinner the setting sun provided this awesome scene.
